REI Branding & Direct Mail

I no longer keep the giant container of direct mail pieces I wrote or edited during my time at REI, merely a few select pieces. I don’t know how many catalogs, mailers, postcards or special projects were in the bin, but it was at least 25 pounds of marketing gold. During my tenure, I was the primary writer for REI’s glorious 124-page catalogs and their subsequent takedowns. Additionally, I got to work on some fun projects like annual campaigns, brand standards, and Media Gift Guides.
